Hello. I have used both the trial and the retail of AnyDVD with no problems. I don't think that it is AnyDVD that is causing the problem, although it may be reflected when using it. There is something else going on. When my MB failed and I had to have it replaced they had to mirror the HD and do a format in order to get it to work. Then I had to reactivate XP and MS Office.
